  • At our 30 minute call, we will discuss your current situation and determine if we are a good fit to work together. I’ll need read only access to your current bookkeeping software or a summary of your bank statements so I can evaluate the volume of work.

  • After I review the current financials, I’ll provide you with a proposal detailing what services I’ll be providing and the monthly and/or clean up fee. It will also contain our communication expectations. 

  • I will then prepare a final contract for both of us to sign. Keep in mind, this is a 30 day contract and can be canceled at any time by either party with 30 days written notice. I realize that business needs change frequently and need the freedom to do so.

  • I will link your accounts and credit/debit cards to the accounting software. If you’re already using QuickBooks Online, you’ll add me as the “accountant” on the account and I can get started.
